Birth control and abortions? Have you been on baby center? These very poor moms really want these babies. Sadly they picked the wrong baby daddy's. The baby daddy drama is intense there! Their MiL stories make dcums seem sane. [/quote]

Not really.  Most of the posters I see are having babies they really, really wanted and tried for.  Some are unplanned, but many, many posters are very anti-choice.  I think what you may be thinking is more along the lines of broader, life-planning type stuff.  But another poster had it right--they want kids, higher education or a long-term career is either not wanted or out of reach, so waiting doesn't make any sense for them.  Unfortunately, where these people live, low-quality mates are abundant, so it often dooms their prospects.  But plenty of these women would be perfectly happy to live an honest, really thrifty lifestyle in their hometown and have their babies and hopefully a decent man.  [/quote]
