I don't live in Loudoun Valley but in another community by the same builder, just down the road. I agree with this poster. I'm a SAHM so I'm out with my daughter in the neighborhood during the day and I'm pretty much ignored by the Indians. Like I will literally walk past some on the sidewalk and either smile or say good morning and I get zero response. I do see one elderly couple every morning that I am happy to see because they always smile and say hi. It's extremely isolating and I'm very sad about it. One of our (Caucasian) neighbors recently tried to organize a block party and we were the only ones that showed up. I can't wait to move. We've only been here a year but have regretted it immensely.
