I am good friends with someone who was very closely involved in the case. She did it for money. Was not her first time doing so either.  The child porn charge stemmed from sharing of nude pics of her and she is underage.[/quote]

Are you sure the girl was selling sex for money?  I'd be interested in hearing more about that.

Let's say that she agreed to meet one of the boys for sex in the bathroom.

If she talked about it beforhand, but told him no at any point, it is still rape. If she agreed to sex with one of the boys and he brought a friend, it is still rape. If she agrred to intercourse, but the two boys sodomized her and forced her to perform oral sex on her after sodomizing her, it is still rape.
