I'm wondering how everything worked out for the woman who had problems 8months after having an ablation. I too am having complications 8 months out... Severe lower abdominal pain for a day during the time I should be getting my "period". An ultrasound reviled a hematometra and now my doctor says hysterectomy & that scares me.
Not the PP you were referencing... but major abdominal surgery should scare you a little...HOWEVER, having had a laprascopic hysterectomy, I can tell you that it was not nearly as big a deal as I thought it would be. Not fun, but easier than childbirth recovery. Back to normal routines in 7 days. Every surgery is traumatic to your body... but then you heal and it gets WAY better than it was before. Today's hysterectomies are NOT your mother's hysterectomy.
