[/quote] It's strange to me because there's no point in comparing these schools because the commute will dictate what makes the most sense. For example, my DH works in Old Town and takes the VRE and I work in L'Efant and do the same. We chose the Robinson district because of the train since that fits our family's scheduling needs. I assume the same thing makes sense for someone who works in Tysons or Reston or Arlington. Marshall would make more sense then. And for what it's worth, I actually like the 7-12 model. I found middle school to be less like our previous middle school experience (our oldest went to middle school out of state and there was a lot of drama, bullying, etc. Small pond.). Robinson seemed to be much more of a large city where you can find your place and there wasn't the level of academic intensity we heard about before moving here. [/quote]
