I'm a longtime member of this particular gym. The demographics are changing (as they are in Old Town, in general). Over the years the clientele has gotten younger, and more diverse. Most of the trainers are Black or female, and most of the fitness instructors are minorities. It's also not very transient, and it's clear that it provides a sense of community for many. By and large I've found people to be extremely encouraging and supportive of everyone - which is the exact opposite of what Spencer publicly stands for. [/quote]
