This wasn't a study for Fairfax, it was intended to be an anonymous examination of a district. There were a lot of factors not examined, do there's not much that Fairfax can learn from the study as it is.[/quote]

It doesn't matter who or what it was intended for. If those are the findings, FCPS needs to take a hard and serious look at itself.

A police officer can pull you over for speeding. But if he finds dead bodies in your car it doesn't matter what his initial intent was. We've got some more serious shit on our hands that need to be addressed. You can't say the corpses don't matter because he was looking for speeders.

One conclusion that could logically be made from the study is that there are too many black administrators. Should they reexamine that as well, and lower hiring or let some go? That doesn't seem to make sense.

Fairfax could, internally or externally, audit their hiring.  That would be more useful than this study.[/quote]
