I come across as closed off, indifferent, and entirely self sufficient.   Because I am.   I'd bet the other PPs who have FWBs are the same.

One time I had a night out at a bar with a girlfriend 15 years my junior. She: looked hot, shortest mini, lots of cleavage, 5 inch heels, lots of makeup She looked hot! And looked like she was trying too hard. Me: fitted knee length dress, a hint of cleavage, natural makeup, 4 inch heels. I looked hot too but she looked hotter and I looked like I had put in little effort which is the look I prefer. For sure I looked a few years older than her but not 15...very few wrinkles and I'm thin and fit.

Funnily I didn't expect what happened that night but honestly not one man approached her, while several men approached me, most were around her age to early 30s. Some wanted to talk to me, some asked for my number (I didn't give it) and some wanted to dance with me. I had my pick of men but I had no interest in getting involved with a man and not even interested in sex because I would rather enjoy my freedom for now. So I just enjoyed the attention of the much younger men while my younger friend looked on. If you asked any of those men I'm sure they would say I looked self-assured and disinterested, not at all desperate while my much younger friend did appeare desperate.

Some older women do look hot, some look younger than their age and many look older. Don't knock women in the first two groups because you haven't met any.[/quote]
