I clench/grind my teeth badly when I sleep, and this caused years of terrible daytime headaches and expensive tooth wear.  I now have Botox for it, and this has dramatically changed my jawline: the doctor who does it says it is common for people with severe bruxism (nighttime grinding/clenching) to have visibly overdeveloped jaw muscles, and for the muscles to diminish markedly with Botox.

I remember Bethenny talking about her night guard (these are used for bruxism) in a past episode (I noted this because it was around the time I was thinking about starting Botox in my jaw for my own bruxism).  If she has severe bruxism and gets Botox in the jaw muscles for it, this is what changed her jaw.  It is possible.  And bruxism is a horrible condition.

My SIL is convinced I have had surgical modification on my jawline, but it is truly just the Botox to stop my bruxism.  The results were that dramatic.[/quote]
