I hope the school is only looking for schools close to the boundaries of both of those Wards. With all due respect to Wards, 6,7,8, you probably can't practically pick a school that will be most convenient for the 11% of kids from those Wards, but I understand your concerns. All of these considerations are likely why it has been so hard to find a satisfactory location.
