I've been there brother, don't let it take you. Please seek help that was the only thing that cured me from the downward spiral. You can't get out of this by yourself there's no way, trust me. The one thing I realize when you reach this kind of state is that your wife really doesn't care about you.   She may say that she does or try to placate you but in reality we made love you differently than you love them. If you do stuff really starts to get bad they're more likely to leave and leave you high and dry. There's a reason why women initiate over 80% of the divorces

Please go seek help, if you're in Northern Virginia, I have someone that you can talk to and I'll put his name out there if you're interested. He's not in my health plan and cost a lot of money out of pocket but it was the only thing that would cure me.
