Garland isn’t responsible for charging Trump. That’s within the purview of the grand juries conducting the ongoing investigations. Garland’s responsibility is to put as much distance between himself and the grand jury as possible in order to blunt accusations of political motivation. This. Utter fiction that the prosecutors involved are operating independently on this.  POTUS will keep his distance from the AG, the AG calls the shots at Justice.  And in this case, I’m really not sure what he’s doing.[/quote]
