People forget that you actually can’t win a statewide election in NY without cobbling together support outside of NYC. As someone originally from Western NY, I do not see her appeal extending outside of the liberal echo chamber of NYC. I think she hasn’t challenged Schumer because she knows the real risk that she will lose and it will damage her ability to promote herself as an electable national candidate.[/quote]
