They don't expect to win on the merits. They want to try to delay things long enough to convince MCPS that it is easier to give in. It is easier to implement policies that affect poor kids because their parents don't have money to throw at lawyers.[/quote]

And the rest of us HATE the Wootton families already, for wasting money needed for things other than legal fees on this nonsense: you wanted a new school, you got a new school. It's just 3 miles down the road, so get over yourselves and stop wasting our tax dollars[/quote]
