[/quote] Doing a formal or rigorous study on the impact of an ugly house on the property values of neighboring homes would be difficult, due to the subjectivity. But there other things that can give us an idea. Consider dilapidated houses. Those have about a 5% impact on the value of neighboring homes.[/quote]
