The underlying tension is a lack of resources. Increasing the price of the Visi product is the best way to solve the problem.

Visi tuition is $35K versus SR at $45K. The incremental $5-10K per student scaled across 450 girls would provide an extra $2.2-4.5mm to attract high quality coaches across all sports with full time faculty positions. This is the SR and SSAS playbook.

Annual fundraising covers the cost of scholarships so that mission is not lost.
