That doesn’t make sense. Why would he have to pay child support if granted joint custody. If anything, she would have had to pay him because she had all the money at that time. She more than likely, with her high-paid attorneys received primary custodial custody with the authority to make all major life decisions for the children. Therefore, I highly doubt he signed his parental rights away.

Moreover, had he signed his parental rights away, he no longer had standing to go back to court to obtain Colin’s whereabouts and full custody of Hannah and Collin. [/quote]
