I saw a post from another guy who was at the same facility as Collin when he was there at 12. The guy didn't interact much with Collin personally but said the most talked about thing was how Collin had no visitors as many of the kids had very frequent family visitors. The guy posting said his family lived nearby and someone stopped by daily and that it was very rare at this facility to never have visitors or family involvement. So not only did Collin get abandoned there but he had to watch everyone else visit with family while he had no one. [/quote]
