I just don't get it all. After their signs are removed from the fence, the anti-school contingent puts up a blank "Free Speech" sign, presumably to invite the opinions of the community. Someone writes a message on that sign that points to the fact that the FCCA doesn't represent the community as the FCCA is not elected by the community. Someone affiliated with or supportive of the FCCA then erases that message and replaces it with another accusing that person of being a "coward" and asking them to "identify" themselves. Is this behavior par for the course in DC neighborhoods or is there something at the water in Foxhall?
As has been pointed out quite a few times on this thread, Foxhall and the FCCA are not the same thing. I know many lovely people who live in Foxhall Village. The FCCA is a tiny, insular, bitter organization dedicated to preserving its perceived power.
I went through the ANC3D website. the schools were never an adgenda item until June 2021--the ANC poeple had already made up their minds to say "they enthusiastically" endorsed the two schools. They never thalked to their constituents .
