That is simply not credible that a plaintiff would pay money to a defendant as part of a settlement. It's stuff like this that gets "reported" and repeated but is completely ludicrous and not based in reality that does make me feel like there is some kind of coordinated campaign to spread rumors that benefit Justin and harm Blake. And if the answer to "what news outlets" is a couple content creators on TikTok with zero journalistic credentials and a foreign news source of questionable value, then YOU need ask yourself why you are repeating stuff like that.
