Generally speaking, someone experienced in flouting the requirements of federal, state and local laws isn’t going to leave a paper trail guaranteeing his own legal jeopardy by sending presidential records — much less classified documents — to a transition office where multiple potential witnesses are working. We’re not generally speaking though. Generally speaking, someone with clearance wouldn't wave classified documents around in front of reporters. Generally speaking, people pay their lawyers. Generally speaking, people don’t file and lose 60+ lawsuits when they lose an election and still claim victory. [/quote]
