Though small sided scrimmages only do not showcase a lot of talent. There really needs to be more skill evaluation---2v2; 1v1 and full field as well as some juggling eval. The frantic ball hogs that dribble it into the ground are still the ones noticed. Smart playing---smart passing, playing to space, opening the field--you mine as well be invisible.
