[/quote] They should listen to this guy, he has good points. I posted this and am a parent, not a teacher. I like how in one of his videos he says he walks around all day and pops in if teachers need a break and he will pull out kids that are disruptive and take them away. Seems like small things that can have a big impact. I hope principals take notice. Our school lost a lot of great teachers this year and I am afraid unless the principal starts making some changes that we will lose more next year. [/quote]
