My daughter’s roommate at school in NYC was 17 years old and worked two nights a week making $400 a night checking coats at a club. They were pursuing arts degrees. This is a typical scenario of restaurant workers in nyc and LA. See how many actors and others who waited tables before making it or while pursuing a degree. Some have made careers out of restaurant work. One waiter my daughter knows is about 60 and raised two girls working at high end restaurants. One daughter went to Harvard, the other one I forget but is successful and happy. So STFU with your uninformed opinions. You’re just a cheapskate trying to put other people down[/quote]
