I’m not sure this is making the point you think it is. While Griffin opposes the new bill which extends to grade 12, he supported the bill when it extended to grade 3, as did a surprising large majority of Floridians. DeSantis may be overreaching here currently but this does not equate to the R platform being wholly unpopular or out of touch. Honestly if Dems want to play that card, they should focus on abortion where the R position is much more unpopular.[/quote]

We are! And yes, this is making exactly the point I think it is. Rs have the opportunity to make inroads with popular (if loathsome) policies - ones I despise but I can see that plenty of Americans like. But instead of doing that, they grab that bag and run on down the road into utter crazytown. [b]See also: 6 week abortion bans. I don’t know anyone who died from Covid, so we canceled each other out. And funny how you didn’t address the forced vaccination of children and young adults. 
But at the end of the day, I will fight for choice versus giving up bodily autonomy. And will not be a hypocrite while doing it.

And BS the junk article or “study” you pot explicitly states they did not have complete data or info on individual vaccination status which limited the ability to draw broad conclusions.

I and everyone else who went to public schools have been "forced" to get vaccines for decades in order to go to school. Also anyone in the military. You anti-vax people are nutsos.
