[/quote] First of all, Arizona has exactly 5 civil war monuments. Additionally, Tucson has had Mexican-Americans on city council since day 1. I think people forget that it was Mexican territory so many, many Mexicans lived there until America decided to make it a state in 1912. Most of the monuments were gifts from Southern groups.
