The guy is a pretty good coach but the system he found himself in, is broken. To win, he needs not only the right talent, but the right mindset. Unfortunately, the system still will not attract the best talent in the area due to the bad ingrained parent culture which is still encouraged by folks who are above KL pay grade. [/quote]
