YES. And as a younger generation player, I’m grateful to all of the amazing women who have paved the way for me and future players. We have O space for all of the whiny complainers who live in a world of double standards. Women have had to overcome so much more than the men to play at  the highest levels of sport so please, rather than spewing anger and bitterness, support our accomplishments. We are your daughters, sisters, friends. There will always be athletes of both genders who allow their personal politics to infiltrate the arena they live in. This is true of public figures in all professions. You can agree or not agree with their opinions but this is separate from disparaging an entire group. Take the high road. [/quote]
