And the county is looking after residents by having a 120% threshold?  I think the county should stop all building anywhere zoned for RM so that the city of Rockville can build more in the town center.  Problem solved.  No need to raise the TC to 150% now.[/quote]

Not according to the article.  Even if you are right, what does it matter?  If 110 is what people want for the city then 110 is what the county should also do “for its citizens”.[/quote]
