Let's not pretend that this isn't super painful for Iran.  All their stuff is getting blown up, people are dying, fleeing their homes, etc.  The difference is that they have staying power because this is existential to them, while most Americans don't actually care very much and are going to mighty pissed if they have to pay an extra dollar per gallon.[/quote]
