That 401k thing is complicated because my understanding of the proposal is that its tied to "independent contractor" status -- so basically allowing companies to continue to scr&w workers out of many benefits and protections by calling them "independent contractors."
SECURE 2.0, passed a couple of years ago, already expanded 401ks to basically everyone that is a W2 worker.  So that's not what he's talking about -- he's talking about independent contractors, so GFL to them in putting hte money aside into the 401k.[/quote]
