It seems odd to complain that GFR has not said more about R(b)FC’s secret plans. No one (except you perhaps it seems?) knows which coaches are planning to leave (I doubt it’s many). But why should they continue to employ coaches who are trying to undermine the club? For instance, I think if I knew a coach at GFR was secretly redirecting people who reached out to GFR about futsal to her secret second futsal club that she profited from, I would wonder if she could meet her fiduciary obligations to GFR in the spring or if she’d be working to undermine the club who was paying her.

If you know what coaches are leaving for R(b)FC, do tell…

No coaches are recruiting anyone 8 to 15 years old. They recruit the families and when the mom/dad decide to sign their kid up for HYS or Phoenix Futbol, how can you prove that anyone "recruited" anyone? It's a family choice. [/quote]
