A careful reader will notice this has a lot of "cans." A quick search of the NCSL site indicates that NCSL has to approve the transfer. And part of that is based on the receiving club showing it is a functional club with fields, etc. Buyer beware.

and other local clubs (GFR, McLean, Herndon, etc) have to vote to approve it.  don't see that happening.  this is why fvu plays under gfr. [/quote]
