You mentioned that it’s clear he either doesn’t listen to his legal team or is receiving poor legal advice. That may be the case, but if Michelle Alioto and Greg Andrulis are truly correct, and have nothing to hide, then the obvious question is:
Why hasn’t this situation been reversed?

If they are in the right, why aren’t they fighting to be fully transparent with the DCSC families? Why not make public that they are countersuing Tom Walsh, and bring their case to the media as well?

After all, when someone is truly in the right, and has nothing to hide, transparency should be the strongest tool, not something to avoid.

I believe many in the DC community are asking the same questions, and it’s fair to expect honest answers moving forward.
