The bust on that dress was not properly fitted. It was especially glaring when the camera had her framed from the waist up when she was presenting.

Also while I get what they were going for with the color scheme and think those colors can look amazing together in the right setting, this wasn't right. I could see that color combo in a movie where you can light it just right being really memorable and striking. But you can't control the lighting or the competing colors in a venue like this and it wound up looking garish and clashing at various points.[/quote]
