I don’t think there’s one person that’s going to save us. There will have to be a groundswell of support for change and that’s not happening yet. The food and ag lobbies are a big part of the problem. Other countries don’t have to contend with the massive effects of industry lobbies on every aspect of American life.

There are also cultural factors at play such as the fact that Americans don’t like to be told what to do and what to eat or drink. It’s a systemic problem and may take a generation or more to change.[/quote]
