Part of me thinks, why is this a tradeoff? Or maybe the SAHM think "there is SO MUCH MORE she should be doing for her kids." But I think many of them are overinvolved in their kids lives in a way that is harmful to everyone, and I don't really get why people wouldn't want to do it all (yes, I get that it's a priviledge - but if you are asking for my honest thoughts...)[/quote]
