I can pay full tuition for my kids and I make no apologies for that. I'm an immigrant and a person of color and started with nothing and worked hard to achieve what I have today. I don't choose a college whether it went up or down some on one USNWR ranking. For us, fit and quality of education is most important, not number of Pell Grants.[/quote]
