It’s a tiny plot.  They’re not saving that much in taxes.  I’m guessing the taxes saved are less than the attorney fees it took to dedicate this space as cemetery  land. Seriously, it’s 10 plots, so around 300 square feet.  The taxes on this small parcel are likely a rounding error for the golf course as a whole.  And he created this cemetery in 2017, when there was no way to know that Ivana would be the first to need a burial.
