He is the director for ECNL.  This past year he started being the coach for 2 teams, ended up being the coach on 4 teams.  Went to other games. Next year 4 Teams officially.   A bit of a crazy workaholic.   That has its plus and minus points.  [/quote]

He is director of the older group (U15 and above), and not the entire girls program. Why is everyone so stuck on one coach to be the savior when he is not a TD, ED or DOC? There is only so much he has control of, while the usual suspects are still calling the shots like before. [/quote]

So you're implying KL is calling the shots over DG who is not only on the BOD, but also the U14 and younger Director.

Alpha male is the perfect word to describe them. KL is a major screamer just like the other BSC coaches including the previous female coaches. [/quote]
