So they are either not updating or they are only talking about the active cases and the closed cases (eg. death) are the ones with community transmission.[/quote] Yes, in James City County, they announced community transmission a while back. Fairfax County claims none yet though. But since they aren't saying how the last few cases got it, it's hard to say. [/quote]
