Tickets aren’t free considering DA dues at one point we’re paying player salaries. +1 on coaching. All I ever hear is the team will click. When? Can’t you win or tie a game while waiting to click? Other teams have done it. Where’d they find these guys? WSVA 04 has been together for almost 2 years. When will they click? College?
Outsider here but WSVA 04 seems to be winning and tying games recently. Record for last 7 games is 2-2-3. You can call it clicking or whatever but seems an improvement over the past to me.
Oops. I was looking at the 05 team (U-14) but the U-15 team looks improved as well. A couple of ties and a 5-0 win in the past few games. Overall seems WSVA is getting it together IMHO.
Take a look at the opponent of the 5-0 result.
So suddenly they aren't the worst GDA in the country anymore?
Let's try this again with the reading comprehension. I said "one of the worst" GDA clubs.
Lets try this again, why do you care so much?
I can only speak for myself and not the other posters who say similar things - for the same reason you care. We have children that play youth soccer in the area. I don't start threads about this club and that club. When I have some time, I peruse these boards mainly for entertainment and when I see nonsensical posts, I respond with my opinion - which isn't really worth that much in the big picture. Maybe my children will play on the same team as yours one day, I don't know. But I do know that I am realistic about the flaws the clubs and teams my children play for have and don't try to pump them up like the WSVA parents do on here.
People stating why they are happy is not pumping WSVA up. It is their opinion and they are entitled to it. If you are not at the club frankly who the f*ck are you to tell anyone anything different? Do you go on Amazon and troll reviews and tell people they are off base for liking a particular product that you've never bought or used? Or do you just post a review of something that you have first knowledge of, and experience with and call it a day? There is no right or wrong here. Some folks are in a situation that they are happy with, some are in a situation that they see could be improved, some are in a situation where they are not happy. All three of those realities can be simultaneously true because it is PERSONAL. So worry about your own f*cking kid at your own f*cking club or at least share where you are so that we can all tell you how unreasonable your decision is, objectively of course.
This is a discussion board, right? So you are asking me "who the F am I tell anyone anything different?" If you don't want responses, don't post. Silly me, I thought the concept of a forum is to discuss the topic. And, let's not move the goalposts here, what WSVA parents and fan club posters are doing is much more than stating their happiness. Don't play the woe is me card here. Ok?
