The matter being referred to the Judicial Council was a determination if the shooter had violated campus rules about having a gun on campus and then was deceitful about it. That has nothing to do with the Constitution. And yes of course UVA and all other instate afraid of being called racist z![/quote] You don’t think the fourth amendment applies here? They had no grounds to search his room. Yes they could have acted quicker to discipline him but that doesn’t necessarily mean that a tragedy would have been avoided. He could still have done harm even if he was technically suspended.[/quote]
