I didn't listen to the call, heard about third hand. If the seniors were indeed disrespectful, that's not OK. However, if they disagreed with the Administration's decision using clear language while staying civil, they were well within their rights, and in fact staying true to the SH goals. And what precisely does your comment about the "real world" mean? Are you implying that as long as there is any injustice or suffering in the world, people should not be able to have fun? I walk around the real world every day, just as you do, and (1) Covid cases are declining rapidly in MoCo, MD, and across the country, and, (2) if you are talking about social justice, I think the girls and the country at large have given their pound of flesh in the last year. If we're now at a point where the test of being able to party is pure virtue and total safety, we are certainly no longer living in reality.[/quote]

You should listen to the call - it sounds like you would have been less than impressed too. Most parents we know didn’t like the way some kids talked to the administration, and the chat box was just plain obnoxious. [/quote]
