[/quote] I believe grand jury hearings are typically not public. Indictments don’t usually include evidence, only the charges. The grand jury hears the evidence and decides whether it is sufficient to go forward with charges. The trial is where the evidence is presented publicly, not the grand jury hearing. [/quote]
