Well, they haven’t addressed the “executive privilege” and continue to dance around declassification, which Dearie deftly swatted away die to the lack of evidence and it not being an exercise in which the court should engage. He’s not inclined to talk to NARA so the pickings are pretty slim at this point assuming the a/c disputes are resolved quickly, as they should be.
