I wish they had answered a question about where they see this relationship in 5 years. I don't think Jen can comprehend the purpose of a relationship that doesn't result in marriage (or some version of committed, cohabitation). I don't think she'll be happy with the long distance thing forever and I don't think there's any desire from Tyler to be anything more. I'm sure Tyler has expressed as much and Jen's just lying to herself that either a) she can change him or b) she'll be totes fine staying long distance.

I wish her friends/therapist had encouraged her to keep their relationship offline and not put it out there for public consumption. It would have given her the freedom to really listen to herself and her gut when it comes to relationships without inviting everyone's opinions (the good and the bad) into her mind. [/quote]
