Worrell is the defendant. The judge released him to receive treatment after the jail in DC failed inspection. Most of the 1/6 defendants are housed at another facility, and that one passed inspection. Worrnell’s fiancé said they were poisoning the inmates’ food and denying them 1A protections. I’m not sure what that means, but Worrell was denied necessary medical care, per the judge’s order. [/quote]

Agree.  As a diabetic, I know very well that going to jail is incredibly dangerous, and for many diabetics, crippling or fatal.  That's not the main reason I don't commit crimes, but it's some additional encouragement.

If you're sick, don't go to jail.  You'll get much worse there.  This is common knowledge.[/quote]
