Not really. Most people don’t give a specific location when they’re asked what city they’re in. He’d have said “New York” in contrast to Paris. So he’s referencing a specific location on purpose, ie to signify potential meeting, or at least being in the vicinity of, Trump. [/quote]

Really? Someone asks if you’re still in Paris and you respond “no I’m standing on 44th and Broadway?”

Any normal person would respond “no I’m in New York” - unless they’re trying to draw attention to a specific place or person. Like saying “I’m at the White House” instead of just “DC.”[/quote]
