From experience,  phone call right away if they really want you with an email after tryouts. Email too if they really want you within the hour after tryouts. [/quote]
One word of caution - offers have to be in writing to be official (email counts as in writing). While I think it’s exceedingly rare, I have heard of situations where players believed they had a verbal offer from a coach and turned down other clubs relying on that, and then a formal written offer never came and they were left scrambling for make up tryouts at other clubs. My advice would be to make sure you have it in writing before you decline any other offers. And as others have said, once your DD accepts an offer be sure to decline any other offers that she has.
